Your guide will pick you up from your arusha/Moshi accommodation at 06:00am and brief you about what will be covered on the day. our 3:30 hours journey from Moshi will open your eyes to the beauty and color of Tanzania land, the road will first traverse along the town of Moshi heading to arusha and you will get to see the normal Tanzania life after that we will keep traversing though coffee plantations, followed by maasai plain land; you might even spot maasai herdsmen with their flocks of cows and goats finding better pastures. Your Africa natural tours guide will keep you informed about all the important details and what is to be expected on this day after arrival at the park all formalities will be handled and your adventure to wild tarangire begin; in tarangire elephants are very popular and can be easily spotted throughout the park, the ancient baobab trees are also scattered everywhere in the park, your African natural tours guide will take you to all the spots with animals like zebras, antelopes, lion, giraffe, and buffalos. An early breakfast will be offered at your respective camp /lodge and we will head to ngorongoro conservation area and after arrival we descend to the crater for game viewing in the world’s largest caldera that has astonishing scenery with a very high concentration of animals even the endangered black rhino. The land is a home to many elephant so keep your eyes open to see this large mammal. Ngorongoro crater has a high number of animals , 15,000 wildebeest, 9000 zebras, 400 hyenas , about 120 lions and around 50 highly endangered species of black rhino. The crater has a good number of birds also which include, augur buzzard, rufous – tailed weaver, fan – tailed widowbird, and anteater chat. The water sources in the crater may be one of the reasons the animals are glued to the area. After a long day of game viewing we will retire to Manyara for dinner and a night’s rest at your lodge/camp.
Begin your exciting day by getting hot breakfast in your accommodation and proceed to Lake Manyara national park. The park attracts wide varieties of animals including the tree climbing lions, elephants, the endangered African wild dog, large troops of baboons and flocks of flamingos can be spotted decorating the beautiful lake and more than 400 other bird species.
