Normal and rain Boots

Normal boots could help the climbers when they are in slopes and also rain boots will be used where there is rain to prevent legs with injuries or legs disease like fingers fungus.

Your boots are the most important purchase you will make, and careful consideration and choice should be afforded this major purchase as you will be spending all day wearing them. Trekking shoes and trainers are not suitable, as you will need good ankle support. Make sure you choose the boots which have a perfect fit and wear them before your trip.

Hats

In winter season or the greater ranges, a balaclava should also be carried. Hats are not necessary if carrying good waterproofs which work as the same as hats.

Gloves

Gloves are more important when trekking in the mountains because it can get chilly, even in summer, particularly if staying overnight in mountain huts. Two pairs should be carried. you should carry two or three pairs for example in dry season the gloves are more used to protect climbers hands.

Sunglasses

Sunglasses with protection are essential. Models that wrap around the face and prevent sun coming in through the sides are recommended, for winter and alpine conditions a factor of three to four is important. Every climber must carry more than one sung glass because in case one is damaged you can use another one to protect your eyes with sunlight.

Sun protection

This includes lip balm which is highly protecting the mouth. A high factor sunscreen and lip balm is essential. You are required to carry only one because it’s enough for your tour.

Rucksack

If your trip consists of day tours from a valley base a sack of more than thirty liters that can carry waterproofs, hats, gloves, food and water should suffice. If you have a single overnight stay in hut, you may need forty and more liters. For more days hut tours fifty liters is advised.

Gaiters

Gaiters are mostly useful in wet and muddy conditions, and also used to protect your trousers on extended treks.

Trekking poles

They will relieve the legs on ascents as the arm muscles are also used. Telescopic poles are comfortable grip and adjustable wrist loops are needed. Trekking poles are normally used to help to take the strain off your legs on descent.

Hydration system

Whilst some sports suit bladder type water carriers, trekkers should choose wide mouthed bottles which are cheaper and sturdier and are easier to refill from streams and in huts, as well as being easier to clean, store and regulate fluid intake. One liter is the absolute minimum you should carry and in the hot months two liters are recommended. A small flask for hot drinks is also recommended in winter.

Personal Medication and first aid

Climbing activities are most challenging with injuries and other risks so that it is very important to have a first aid kit. Clients are advised to carry their own small first aid kit. You must carry any personal medications that you take. It is also highly recommended to carry blister treatment such as sports tape, pain relief, etc. As we know that the tour group including guides and porters, they must carry first aid kit for their customer and other peoples involved in trip but also personal the client also should carry small first aid kit.

Sanitary kit

These are some tissues for unplanned toilet stops and some wet wipes or dry soap for additional hygiene, particularly when staying in huts. Most women clients are the most who carry sanitary kit. But also, there is other equipments which normally depending on your preference and how much weight you like to carry some people like to take items such as camera, penknife and other equipment for their personal needs like taking photos.

Hut extras

Sleeping bag liner and earplugs for added comfort trip in a mountain hut. Some huts have basic washing facilities so a small travel towel can be useful. A small head torch can also come in handy
